Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers

With Spring on the horizon, so is the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers. It is almost time for the City to be transformed into a floral wonderland, complete with parades, food, wine and entertainment.

This year is set to be extra special, because there is a dog-friendly itinerary on the cards, meaning for the first time ever, your fur-baby can celebrate the start of Spring with you. Petals and Pups is everything dog-lovers have been waiting for, with over 30 doggy activities organised and 27 off-leash parks ready for some pawesome fun. There is even a list of pet-friendly accommodation on the site, so you can plan a getaway with your pooch. We are officially impressed and planning a puppacino date based on the list!

If you’re not the dog-obsessed kind, Queens Park will be home to a magical Night Garden, and The Empire Theatre will be home to all things arts. Get creative with your family as the Theatre is transformed into a hub of all things art over the Spring school holidays.

The Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers is a cultural festival that you cannot miss, so add it your calendar and start counting down the days. The Festival will run from the 21st September through the 30th and is set to be a Spring wonderland!
