Dear Dad by Samuel Johnson

Lee and Vic weren’t the only ones to love Dear Dad… Here is a book review from the QBD crew:

If you don’t know by now who Samuel Johnson is, you must be living under a rock (or at least a social media-free life!) Actor, unicycler, philanthropist, and all-around good guy Samuel rose to fame as the lovable rogue Evan in the Aussie series The Secret Life of Us – but is now predominantly known for his monumental efforts in fundraising for cancer research. Last year he brought us Dear Santa, a wonderfully sweet book filled with letters to Santa from notable Australians, every copy sold contributing to cancer research. Sam’s back with another lovely, inspiring collection of letters – Dear Dad. And once again, each copy sold will contribute to cancer research.

With contributions from John Paul Young, Hilde Hinton, Kathy Lette, Brooke Davis, Michelle Law, Mark Brandi, Michaela Banas, Russell Morris, John Williams, Toni Tapp Coutts, and Samuel Johnson himself, Dear Dad is a sweet, poignant look at the complexities of fatherhood and how it shapes both fathers and their children.
