Girraween National Park

The Granite Belt is one of the most fascinating natural places along the Queensland /New
South Wales border. Sitting just shy of Stanthorpe, is the Girraween National Park. It’s a place where incredible granite mountains meet classic Australian bushland.

Visitors can choose many different hiking tracks. Some popular spots are the Granite Arch or those who are fit can hike to the peak of the Pyramid.

Just over the border stands the Pyramid’s cousin, Bald Rock. It is Australia’s largest granite monolith with incredible summit views.
