Go Ride a Wave

Queensland is known for its beautiful stretch of coastline, with surfers crowding the east coast to catch the perfect wave. There are plenty of surf spots to choose from but if you’re beginner, Noosa is the perfect place to start. The beach is surrounded by national park so the waves are small and the water is warm.

The team at Go Ride a Wave have been teaching beginners how to surf since the 80’s. All the instructors are qualified surf lifesavers so you know you’re in safe hands. The school offers 2 hour lessons at 10am and 2pm daily, with an additional class at 8am during busy school holiday times.

With the Noosa Surf Club a stone’s throw away, lunch after your lesson is sorted. The club is right in the heart of Hastings Street, with incredible views overlooking Noosa Beach.
A day started with a surf lesson, topped off with lunch overlooking the ocean is in our books, a great day in Queensland!
