Ingredients
2½ cups whole wheat flour
1 large egg
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup water
2 tablespoons honey
50g dog friendly carob chocolate
Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a large tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl, combine flour and the egg. Add the peanut butter, water, and honey, and stir until you have a stiff dough. The dough becomes very firm and sticky.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough about 1cm thick and using a cooking cutter, cut out fun shapes like dog bones.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden. Set aside to cool. If your biscuits are on the smaller size, use less time and take care not to burn.
To decorate, melt the carob chocolate and using either a piping bag or a spoon, drizzle across the biscuits. Set aside to cool and set.
Enjoy!
