Recently, Women’s Fitness Adventures hosted a Mother-Daughter Camping Weekend at Mount Barney Lodge in the Scenic Rim – encouraging Mums and their girls to connect and get active through rock climbing, bushwalks, game playing and simple enjoyable outdoor activities like camp oven cooking and roasting marshmallows.
Mount Barney Lodge is award-winning camping and accommodation in the beautiful Scenic Rim area of south-east Queensland. There are grassy campsites, spectacular mountain views and a pristine country creek to explore. Visitors can camp or choose to stay in cabins or comfortable Queenslander homesteads.
