Inspired by the gelaterias in his hometown of Florence, Italy, Gil decided to showcase a range of different beans that customers can try in their coffee. Fancy a medium roast “Chocolate Macadamia”? “We have fresh green beans imported from all over the world,” explained Gil. “Freshly roasted every single day. We freshly grind every single bean of your choice and we brew it freshly with a barista who’s been doing it for forty years or more now. So, we’re serious, even though we have fun doing it!”
