There are a couple of coastal festivals and events coming up in Spring which need to go into your calendar straight away.
First, SWELL Sculpture festival returns to Currumbin on the southern Gold Coast – celebrating its 21st year in 2023.
Stroll the sands to discover more than 75 free-standing sculptures that will amuse, delight and inspire.
SWELL festival also includes artist masterclasses, food events, kids’ activities and a special gallery showcasing smaller SWELL sculptures.
The festival is on from the 8th to the 17th September.
Contemporary music lovers – make your way to the Sunny Coast in late September for the Caloundra Music Festival 2023.
The festival turns sweet 16 this year – and will rock beautiful Kings Beach from the 29th September to the 1st October.
Expect a huge line-up of Aussie bands and musicians, across three foot-stomping days of sand, sea and soul in Queensland’s Top Tourist Town for 2023.
