Flutterbies is famous for their high teas, service, old world charm, creativity and surprise factor. Inside the historic town butcher and bakery you’ll find delightful tea rooms, a gin bar, coffee house, gift shop and nursery. Their in-house pastry team also bake daily creations in the restored bakehouse.
Flutterbies is also surrounded by artisans, hosted in the outside courtyard, called La Markette Lane. Stepping through you’ll find Tuscany of Tyalgum – which is a beautiful local artists and Italian wares shop; there’s a second-hand bookshop; local jewellers and makers stores; a fairy shop that offers story time with a fairy godmother; as well as fashion, homewares and eco shops. The venue hosts regular live music and events, as well as markets on the last Saturday of the month.
Flutterbies Cottage Cafe in Tyalgum is scenic two-hour drive from Brisbane, or a 45-50 minute drive from the Gold Coast.
