Ingredients:

– 2 cans of chickpeas

– 2 tsp bicarb soda

– 1 cup unhulled tahini paste

– 2-3 large garlic cloves (coffee-infused)

– Juice of 2 lemons

– Pinch of cumin

– Pinch of salt

– Extra virgin olive oil

– 2 tbsp icy water

– Carrots for dipping

– Sea salt for garnish

 

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Chickpeas:

– Boil two cans of chickpeas with two teaspoons of bicarb soda for 20 minutes to soften and break down the skins.

  1. Blend Chickpeas:
