WEEKENDER is turning the big 2-0 and the presents are on us!
Join us in celebrating two big decades of bringing the best of Queensland and beyond into your lounge room and onto your smart devices – the faces, the food, the funnies and so many fabulous destinations over the years.
Since launching in 2003, WEEKENDER has clocked up close to 1 million kilometres by road – the equivalent of our camera crews driving around the equator once a year!
Add to that, countless flights in everything from hot-air balloons to hang-gliders and commercial jets… along with a tsunami of nautical miles as we’ve cruised, sailed, kayaked, jet skied or caught a lift on luxury ocean liners…
Along the way, we’ve introduced you to everyone from national celebrities and sports stars to local larrikins and outback legends.
It’s been a journey of awe, adventure, love and laughs – and the team at WEEKENDER couldn’t have done it without you.
