It could most certainly be paired with the perfect drop from Spill Wine, a boutique wine bar located not too far away in Maleny. The crew at Spill are really into their wine, so much so that they have created a 300-bottle wall as a love letter. The wines are the wall come in a range of varieties, all from small and limited-edition producers. The only real qualifier to make the wall? The wine must taste, in their expert words, “bloody delicious.” Dacelo Distilling may have only started creating gin in October last year, but they’re already feeling affection with four of their creations taking out a bronze award at the 2023 Australian Gin Awards! What better way to make someone feel special then with a “boutique” of gin flavours. This distillery uses unique Australian botanicals to create a contemporary tasting experience. OK – count ‘em!
