Sunkissed and scrubbed up – you’re ready for dinner! Signature Restaurant shines a light on local produce, whilst pushing culinary boundaries. The restaurant also has its own library but it’s not what you think! ‘The Library” is a curated collection of around 6,000 local and international wines. These unique drops represent more than 400 village wine producers, which Owner, Anthony John has curated over 20 years.
To keep the good times rolling, follow the soft echoes of jazz to the Piano Bar. This fabulous bar is a nod to the golden era of the 1920’s. Think old world glamour with a modern twist. Guests can choose from the extensive beverage range, whilst enjoying the smooth sound of live jazz.
