It happens every year at Nambour Showgrounds on the Sunshine Coast – attracting a bumper crop of more than 40 thousand people across 3 big days.

The expo includes than 360 exhibitors as well as 55 nurseries; 120 plus expert talks and workshops; and more than 60,000 plants for sale each day of the event.

The seed of Queensland Garden Expo was planted in the 1980s.  Since then, the festival has grown like Topsy to become one of the country’s most popular horticultural gatherings.

The pick of Australia’s gardening royalty has traditionally attended in recent years – including the hirsute, horticulturally talented and much-loved host of Gardening Australia, Costa Georgiadis.
