Choose from a pair of hideaways – Bottletree Cottage and Rose Cottage – built by farmer John McLean and decorated by his clever wife Lyn. The cottages are set on forty sprawling acres of green farmlands dotted with rusty sculptures: 15 heritage farm implements collected by John over many years.
Families can meet and feed Neddy the horse; collect eggs from the hen-house; and get to know the property’s Black Angus cattle. Go bushwalking; ride a bike; fly a kite – or cook up your own camp oven feast.
