Pittsworth

Pittsworth is about half an hours’ drive from Toowoomba, and like many country communities, it has a proud history.

To find out more about its past, start at the Pittsworth Pioneer Village. The village is a collection of heritage buildings that house historical relics from the district. One display tells the story of a Pittsworth legend, Arthur Postle, who at the height of his career in the early 1900’s, was the fastest man on the planet.

The town has another success story, though this one is a little sweeter. Pittsworth Confectionery owned and operated by Ash and Michelle Porter.
