What you can see, eat and do on the Noosa River

Noosa time… it’s something we all envy. On arrival, you’ll instantly be transported to paradise and almost overwhelmed with endless options of how to spend your stay.

One way you can scope it out is by cruising up and down the Noosa river… but not by the way you think! Yep – we’re talking about the water bikes, courtesy of Eco Noosa.

They’re powered by your own steam, making them incredibly eco-friendly… and let us tell you, it really is just like riding a bike, only that you’re on the water instead.

Eco Noosa also have picnic boats available to hire, as well as kayaks, stand up paddleboards and Fliteboard e-foils. Don’t worry – they have lessons available for that too!

And just like after any day on the water, a place to stay will make it feel like the ultimate break. Just down the road, or across the river, is Culgoa Point Beach Resort… home to the largest beachfront access, there is in Noosa.

A few steps back from the water’s edge and you’ll spot their beachfront premium apartments… with the choice between one, two or three bedrooms. Either way, they come equipped with a full-sized kitchen, a spacious outdoor terrace, plus access to all the resort facilities. They even have a tennis court.

As for a bite to eat, well Italian normally sits well with anyone… and Noosa Waterfront seriously takes it to the next level, with Chef Andrea bringing his rich culinary experience all the way from Milan to Noosa.

He, along with some of the country’s most celebrated culinary icons, can be found at this year’s Noosa Eat & Drink Festival… a great way to experience Chef Andrea’s creations. They are certainly something not to be missed!
