Your Jet Life – Win Your Own Helicopter!

Ever dreamed of owning your own helicopter, so you can fire it up and pop out for lunch with friends and family at amazing locations in south-east Queensland?

Well, now’s your chance.

Your Jet Life is a unique art union launched in 2002 with the purpose of raising money and awareness for the charity, Angel Flight – which coordinates non-emergency flights to help country people access specialist medical care otherwise out of their reach due to distance or travel costs.

Buy a ticket in the Your Jet Life lottery being drawn on 21 December 2023 and you could win a Robinson R44 Raven 11 helicopter, valued at $960,000. The prize package also includes:

  • Payment for 12 months maintenance valued at $50,000
  • Payment of 12 months of hangar fees, valued at $15,500
  • A fuel card worth $100,000
  • 12 months of insurance coverage (for non-licensed pilots) worth $50,000
  • Private pilot licensing and training, valued at $70,000

Alternatively, the winner can choose to take $1 million in gold bullion instead of the aviation prize.

Head to the Your Jet Life website to buy tickets online. They cost from $15 each.

If you win your own helicopter, why not splurge on a flight to one of south-east Queensland’s most magnificent country getaways?

Spicers Peak Lodge is the mountain-top of luxury escapes – set 1,100 metres above sea level in the Scenic Rim. Helicopters can land beside the lodge with prior permission from management.

It’s a rockstar way to arrive at this exquisite lodge – with champagne to greet you before you even step foot inside.

The palatial main lodge makes a big statement but inside is all refined and relaxed luxury – with stone fireplaces, leather lounges and soaring planes of glass to make the most of the elevated country setting.

Guests can nestle in at one of 10 suites or two private lodges, featuring outdoor spas and private verandas. It’s the ideal remote hideaway.

Activities can include a guided Can-Am tour of the property, plus a picnic at a scenic lookout; mountain-biking; stargazing; nature hikes; and 4WD discovery tours.

Or you can chill out and be pampered at Spa Anise Day Spa.

Fine food and wine will be a big part of making your visit to Spicers Peak Lodge so memorable.

The Peak is the pinnacle of fine dining at the lodge – earning accolades for its elevated contemporary Australian cuisine, including two chef hats in the Australian Good Food Guide.

Whether you arrive by road or by air – expect a very special country stay at the luxurious and exceptional Spicers Peak Lodge.
