The original was destroyed by an accidental fire in 2018 and it’s taken almost 2 years to design and construct its replacement.
The result retains the feel of the original country homestead and beautifully embraces the gorgeous views for which Spicers Hidden Vale is famous.
Crafted from sustainable spotted gum and filled with locally designed furniture and artwork, the newly built homestead is the perfect place to relax, socialise, or dine. It’s now home to Homage – the property’s signature restaurant.
Executive Chef, Ash Martin, wants guests to truly taste the flavours of Hidden Vale; so, where possible, produce is sourced from Homage’s very own market garden.
Ash and his team also smoke, cure, ferment, salt and preserve a huge range of local produce – so, no matter the season, you can sample the bounty grown on-site and sourced locally.
