What could be better than a festival dedicated entirely to champagne? From the 31st August to the 2nd September, Spicers Hidden Vale will be transformed into a champagne lover’s paradise. Effervescence is back for a third year, and it is set to be a bubbly affair.
Spend the weekend tasting the 27 different French champagnes on offer, or just pop in for the day on Sunday and soak up the music, beautiful Wintery landscape and immerse yourself in the champagne trail for the day.
It’s set to be a stellar event, with a lazy long lunch planned that will allow guests to experience Champagne without even dusting off their passport – think, a three course Truffle and Champagne lunch.
With food, cooking demonstrations, master classes and live music also on offer, it’s an event on Queensland’s calendar not to be missed!
