There’s the Blue Room which is a great venue for a few cocktails and live music. For fine dining, there’s ‘Salt Grill’ by well-known chef, Luke Mangan, Angelo’s Italian Restaurant and for a really special foodie experience, there’s the Chef’s Table. It’s a private dining room for 14 lucky guests who get to enjoy a seven course degustation menu.
