Unwind at IndigiScapes

If you’re all too familiar with that feeling of running on a hamster wheel,

then it’s time you stepped off and stepped into nature!

…and 14.5 hectares of it is sure to help you unwind.

You can escape the daily grind at IndigiScapes – an eco-haven at Capalaba, on the Redlands Coast.

Boasting bush trails, botanic gardens, a native nursery, café and discovery centre – it’s an oasis of tranquility.

There’s something here for just about every age and interest – whether it’s a picnic in one of the seven themed gardens; lawn games with a few friends;  enjoying some quiet solitude; joining a workshop, tour or event; swapping the four-walls for an outdoor office; or getting active!

There are three “easy-grade” trails for anyone keen to run or walk on the wild-side. Plus mountain biking trails that connected to the extensive Redlands Coast Mountain Biking Tracks.

After a little adventure, you can reward yourself with a delicious café and cuppa in the café, or make it a meeting spot for lunch and savour the surroundings.

Before you leave take-home a treat and some tips from the Eco-shop and Discovery Centre.

Familiar face Ranger Stacey was drawn to the serenity of this place and she’s more than happy to share her passion and knowledge with visitors.

“I call it the Redlands Coast hidden gem. It’s really a place where you can come for an hour, a whole day, half a day, and just connect with nature and slow down. Because I think everyone’s just so busy these days. And I think this is the perfect place to get a little taste of nature, pick up a few tips on how to live a more sustainable life, and I think that’s where you gain an appreciation for nature by getting out amongst it.”

No matter how you like to recharge, a visit to IndigiScapes on Redlands Coast is sure to do the trick.
