SUNNIE Magazine

SUNNIE Magazine is a new bi-annual magazine that celebrates Brisbane and its people. It’s published by the Museum of Brisbane and each issue focuses on the city’s history and creative vibrancy.

Issue 2 features a fascinating collection of stories including a profile on Chef Chris Jordan. He’s the creator of Three Little Birds, a first nation’s catering company that incorporates native ingredients into contemporary dishes.

Also featured is Brisbane fashion designer Gail Sorronda. She has been described by Karl Lagerfeld as ‘one to watch’ and has dressed the likes of Winona Ryder and Lorde.

Dead Puppet Society is a Brisbane based production house and design company that create imaginative design-led theatre, public art and sculpture. Their story is a fascinating one that is revealed in the latest issue of Sunnie.
